    Perfect for Sweet Potato Chips

    Great vegetable slicer, beware blade is VERY sharp. Used to make sweet potato chips in the oven and it worked very well. Now I can make a healthier snack at a fraction of the cost I would pay in store.

    I''ve tried several different brands of mandolines, so wasn''t really expecting much with this one, but I was totally surprised and happy!This mandoline slicer works exactly as described.The only thing that would make it better is if I could put all in the dishwasher, but it''s definitely not a deal breaker.I would definitely recommend this.
